Uniqkart.in believes in customer satisfaction, If the product is defective or not working. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost.

Some of the example are-

• Wrong Quantity
• Damaged Item
• Not Working Item

Shipping Lable will be provided to enable easy return.

Order Changes and Cancellations :

If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn't been processed or shipped yet. Once cancellation has been approved the refund amount will be credited to your account from which the payment has been made within 3 working days.

• If you want to cancel your order kindly inform within 2 days from the date of ordering.

Condition for return:

1. Please notify us of receipt of with any above such criteria within maximum 7 days of delivery.

2. Products/Items should be Unused or just used for checking condition/efficiency.

3. Return will not acceptable Is returned without original packaging ,accessories and Invoices.

Refunds:

If your returned product is approved for refund. We will process the refund after receipt of the product by us.

1. The charged amount will be refunded to you within 7 working days after receiving the product.

2. If your Order Placed through Gift Certificates , refund would be provided in a fresh Gift Certificate of the same value.

In Case of Returns/Exchange:

1.Return/Exchange should be initiated within 7 days of order delivery.
2.The tags on the product should be intact.
3.The product should be unwashed, unused and in an undamaged condition.
4.The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging.
5.Category - Electronics and Electronics accessories must submit a product unpacking video to request a refund/returns/exchange.

Non-returnable categories- Following product categories fall under "No Return/Exchange" unless there is an inherent damage/quality issue at the time of delivery due to a miss from our quality team.
