Extremely Disappointed – Terrible Service, No Delivery After 1 Month!

I am beyond frustrated with this shopping site. I placed an order over a month ago, and I have yet to receive the product. The lack of communication and failure to fulfill the order is completely unacceptable. I have sent multiple inquiries with no proper response. This is the worst shopping experience I have ever had.
I strongly advise others to avoid this site, as they clearly cannot handle basic customer service or delivery. If you value your time and money, do not waste either here.
This company has absolutely no regard for its customers. I expect a full refund, or I will be forced to take legal action. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.
